By using DiCoLabs MVP, you agree to the following terms:

Usage

You receive a limited redeemable credit of free video generations. Each generated video consumes one credit.

Cost

Although current usage is free through credits, future costs per video may change at our discretion.

No Refunds

Since video quality depends on third-party AI models (via FAL.AI), DiCoLabs does not guarantee video quality and does not offer refunds or credits if you're dissatisfied with the generated videos.

Rights and Ownership

By uploading images, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents required to use and upload these images. DiCoLabs does not claim ownership of uploaded images. Users retain ownership but grant DiCoLabs permission to process the images to generate videos.

Appropriate Use

You agree not to upload any images containing or depicting:

  • Explicit nudity, sexually explicit or suggestive content
  • Violent, harmful, or threatening material
  • Harassment, hate speech, racism, sexism, or discrimination
  • Illegal activities, substances, or objects
  • Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
  • Personal, sensitive, or confidential information of others without explicit consent

Violation of these guidelines may lead to suspension or permanent termination of your access to DiCoLabs.

Third-Party Service Providers

DiCoLabs uses third-party AI services (ChatGPT on Azure, FAL.AI APIs) to generate videos. By using DiCoLabs, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and privacy practices of these third-party providers, and you acknowledge that DiCoLabs is not responsible for their content, practices, or quality of services.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The services provided by DiCoLabs, including video generation through third-party AI models, are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. DiCoLabs explicitly disclaims all warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or quality of results provided through the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DiCoLabs harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use of the Service, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, inappropriate or unauthorized use of images, or violation of third-party rights.

User Representations

By using DiCoLabs, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • All information you provide to DiCoLabs is accurate and truthful.
  • You will not use DiCoLabs for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Liability

DiCoLabs is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages resulting from using our service or misuse of uploaded content.

Changes to Terms

DiCoLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
